OK a bit cheesy with the "A" Team quote but, you gotta admit it is sweet when things just fall right into place.
I listed an investment house that admittedly A) could use some work and B) is not in the best part of town. Well at the same time I know that the owner has two vacant lots and another home on the same block. So an agent ask me to show her buyer because she is short on time and can't get the door open. So of course being the good hearted soul that I am I agree. Nothing better then getting face time with a buyer and the agent not being around. Shucks don't you just hate that. Anyway so I go over and meet the buyer. I open up the house and we start talking. Well from the word go he is just a running off at the mouth (hate it when that happens to someone else) how he wants to buy some homes for his employees. Ding ding ding yes the bells and lights go off in my noggin. Wellllll it just so happens that I have another house right behind this one that is not even listed yet and, two vacant lots on the side of each home. Well I have to call to arrange to get the keys from his mother since my seller is out of town. So the next day I meet him over there. Yes, the agent did not show up nor her replacement that was covering for her. Darn it I just so wanted them to be there. Needless to say A) we are now in negotiations for all four parcels in one deal. We will be under contract by tomorrow afternoon. B) He likes the way I do business so he wants me to help him with some condo's he is wanting to buy and he has stated that he wants to throw even more business my way.
So the moral to every story go above and beyond in your sevice and it will take you above and beyond your expectations.

KIND OF MAKES YOU WANT TO DO THE "HAPPY DANCE OF VICTORY"!
