Homes for sale in Greensboro NC are available for the savvy buyer. All it takes is the willingness to commit and you can have your pick of many wonderful homes. Now is actually going to be a great time to find the perfect home for you to make your very own. You have to consider the timing. You see traditionally the spring and summer are prime real estate months since many families do not want to move during the school year. So with the school year starting many sellers are thinking that the chances are dwindling they will get a buyer now. So it is all in the strategy. We are lucky here in the Triad to have a wonderful website such as Listingbook.com. This website is partnered with the our Triad MLS board so everything that is in the MLS is shown in Listingbook. Now that is just the beginning you also communicate with your buyer’s agent through the website. We see what you like and can actually leave you notes attached to specific homes that you like or you can leave the note.

Now another nice feature that we offer our buyers (or any others) is a free mobile app for your smartphones (Iphones, Droids, etc) that will let you do the same as Listingbook. You simply text TRC1 to 87778 and you can surf the actual MLS database for your home on your Ipod Touch or even Ipad.

Save Some Pennies or Sell Your Home. After the last few days of showings I have come to the conclusion that some people just do not

think about truly selling their homes. We will ask a simple question. If you were out looking to buy a home in 96 degree heat how long would you spend in a house that was just as hot or hotter then the outside. I showed four homes today. Two of the homes were warm but not hot. One home the thermostat was off so the temperature was unbearable. Then one home was a nice 74 degrees which felt heavenly. Well the "hot house" was nice enough the buyer did not want to stay and look because it was so uncomfortable. I will tell you that the most comfortable home is also the one we are about to put in an offer on. The home was bright, staged well and the thermostat was on a comfortable setting. So do we think that having a say $100 power bill versus a $50 power bill help sell that house. I will let you decide.
